We are making this decision to guarantee a clean shop and work atmosphere for our team, and to ensure that we are doing our part to stop community spread of corona virus and to keep our customers safe.
Orders can be placed online or by phone. Call us at 650.741.6430 to place a new order or to pickup an online order.

Alcohol Shipping Rates are determined by the number of bottles: 1-3 bottles ($12.99), 4-6 bottles ($14.99), or 7-9 bottles ($16.99). The rate for a 12-bottle order would be a 9-bottle + 3-bottle charge, and so on, with a maximum charge of $49.99. Bar Supplies ship for no additional charge with alcohol orders. 1.75L volume items count as two bottles.
We can ship alcohol within California, we aren't able to ship into other states or to international addresses.
Items are shipped as photographed. Additional packaging is available by request and may incur an additional shipping charge.
If an order is returned after the courier has attempted 3 deliveries, or canceled after it has shipped, there will be a $20 restocking fee.
All alcohol is shipped via GLS / GSO.
An Adult Signature is always required, so a business address is recommended. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Bar Supplies (non-alcoholic items) ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for a Flat Rate of $9.99.
If an order is canceled after it has shipped, there will be a $20 restocking fee.
Local delivery is available through Deliv for San Francisco and a large part of the Peninsula. Your delivery date may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, with multiple delivery windows available every day. An Adult Signature is required. Missed deliveries will incur a $30 restocking fee.
Order online and pick up your item for free by choosing Store Pickup from your shopping cart. If an order has not been picked up in 45 days and the purchaser cannot be reached, it will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Bar Supplies may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. By law all alcohol sales are final. We do our best to update listings with current vintage and batch details. If you are interested in a specific vintage or batch, please check before ordering.
When will my purchase ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, and orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. An email confirmation with carrier and tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.
Which carrier will my purchase ship with?
All alcohol is shipped via express carrier GLS / GSO. Because an adult signature is always required, we strongly recommend using a business address for delivery. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes. Orders for bar supplies will ship via GLS / GSO, UPS, or USPS.
What happens if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver my package?
If a shipment is returned after three carrier attempts to deliver, we can reship to a new address for an additional shipping fee. If there is no alternate shipping address, we will refund the order minus a $20 restocking fee.
How can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, email us at email@example.com. If the order has already shipped, a $10 rerouting fee will be charged to cover the address change. Requests to cancel an order will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may incur a 10% restock fee.
What should I do if items are damaged in transit?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo documentation and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Why does my package require an adult signature?
Alcohol shipments require an adult signature to ensure they aren't delivered to underage recipients. It is recommended that you provide an address where you know an adult will be available to sign during regular business hours. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

How long do I have to collect my Store Pickup order?
All Store Pickup orders will be held for 45 days. After this period, if arrangements have not been made, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.
