Alcohol shipping rates are $9.99 for up to 3 bottles, $14.99 for up to 9 bottles, and $24.99 for 10 or more. Bar supplies ship with alcohol at no additional cost. 1.75L formats count as two bottles.
We can ship alcohol anywhere in California and to some areas of Arizona (Phoenix, Tucson, and Scottsdale) and Nevada (Las Vegas and surrounding areas). Items are shipped as photographed, additional packaging is available by request and may incur an additional shipping charge. If an order is returned after the courier has attempted 3 deliveries, or cancelled after it has shipped, there will be a $20 re-stocking fee.
All alcohol is shipped via Golden State Overnight.
An Adult Signature is always required, so a business address is strongly recommended.
Bar Supplies (non-alcoholic items) can ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for a Flat Rate of $9.99 or Free on orders over $100.
If you'd like to cancel your order after it has shipped, there is a $20 re-stocking fee.
Local delivery is available through Deliv for San Francisco and a large part of the Peninsula. Your delivery date may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, with multiple delivery windows available everyday. An Adult Signature is required. Missed deliveries will incur a restocking fee.
Order online and pick up your item for free by choosing Store Pickup from your shopping cart. If an order has not been picked up in 30 days and the purchaser can not be reached, it will be canceled and refunded.
Bar Supplies may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. By law all alcohol sales are final.
When will my purchase ship?
We ship Monday to Friday, and your order will ship within 2 business days of it being placed. An email confirmation with carrier and tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.
Which carrier will my purchase ship with?
All alcohol is shipped via an express carrier called GSO: Golden State Overnight. Because an adult signature is always required, we strongly recommend using a business address for delivery. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes. Orders for bar supplies will ship via GSO, UPS, or USPS.
What happens if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver my package?
If a shipment is returned after three carrier attempts to deliver, we are happy to re-ship the items to a different address and for an additional shipping fee. If there is no alternate shipping address, we are happy to refund the item, minus the shipping rate.
How can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, reach out to our shipping team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has already been shipped, a re-routing fee will be charged to cover the address change. Canceling the order may not be possible and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
What should I do if items are damaged in transit?
If items have been damaged in transit reach out to email@example.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Why does my package require an adult signature?
Alcohol shipments require an adult signature to ensure they aren't delivered to underage recipients. It is recommended that you provide an address where you know an adult will be available to sign during regular business hours. Business addresses work well for this reason.

Zone 2 includes 94002, 94104, 94105, 94108, 94109, 94111, 94115, 94118, 94121, 94123, 94129, 94133, 94402, 94403, 94404.
Zone 3 includes 94065, 94070.
How long do I have to pick up my order when I select Store Pickup?
We will hold all Store Pickup orders for 30 days. If for any reason you will not be able to pick up your order within the 30 day window, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to hold your order until your preferred pickup day. If we do not hear from you within the 30 day time frame we will issue you a full refund for the purchase and the item will no longer be held in the customer's name.
