This vermouth which came highly recommended to make a Manhattan is highly bitter.
I wouldnt buy again, matter of fact after 1 cocktail I have poured this down the drain.
Until the BB crew recommended this instead of the rotgut swill vermouth I'd been poisoning my negronis with, I had no idea vermouth could be so body fuzzy feel good.
Y'all should give it the Groundhog Day treatment, too... 2oz on the rocks with a twist of lemon. If the flavors come through too strong, cut it with a splash of fever tree tonic water.

I love this stuff. It's big, bold, and almost leans towards an amaro in terms of its herbaceousness and bitterness. Drink it on the rocks, mix it up in an americano, but maybe pare back a bit when used with more delicate spirits.
It also plays nicely with bold flavors like heavy Jamaican rums and islay scotch whisky.
Absolutely amazing for bring an edge, spice and complexity to a Negroni
