Product details
Barr Hill Vodka is crafted from raw, organic Vermont honey sourced. "Honey is incredibly expensive to harvest," founder and beekeeper Todd Hardie notes, "and harder still to ferment." After cold fermenting the honey for approximately three weeks, the wash is distilled through a 25-gallon custom-designed fractionating column still. After distillation, each bottle of Barr Hill Vodka is brought to proof and sealed with beeswax cut from a huge hunk of luminous lemon-yellow wax from Singing Cedar Apiaries.
Barr Hill Vodka has soft notes of honey and vanilla, with a smooth, clean finish and a unique, crisp texture. Four pounds of raw honey in every bottle. Gluten free. Kosher.

The only vodka I've every tried that made me think, "Oh wow, this actually tastes GOOD." Normally with the vodka, the best you can hope for is smooth and neutral. This stuff easily surpasses that. Just try to a bottle, it'll be worth it.
Hi! I bought this for a coworker and he said it was amazing. I haven't tried it yet myself but am considering purchasing a bottle for my home bar based on his rave review! Also, customer service was super :)
By far the best Vodka I have ever tried. It lacks the burn that traditional vodkas have and is replaced with the smoothest finish and just the slightest hint of sweet. So very good. It works great with any cocktail, something simple like a vodka soda or my favorite is a greyhound with thyme spice and a sprig of rosemary.
