Barrell Decade 20 Year Whiskey

The Decade blend from Barrell Craft Spirits features a bled of whiskies distilled in Canada and aged 20-30 years before finishing in Kentucky in Spanish Brandy and Hungarian Oak casks. The 20+ year old blend is then bottled at a whopping 142.7 proof!  Flavor notes from Barrell: "A rich and complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel with hints of dried fruits like raisins and figs from the Spanish brandy casks. The Hungarian oak barrels impart subtle, complex textures from the finer tannins resulting in a smoother, silkier texture and elegant flavor."
