Basil Hayden Toast Small Batch Bourbon

Basil Hayden Toast is distilled from its own unique mash of 63% corn, 27% brown rice (!!!), and 10% malted barley. It is matured in standard new oak barrels before finishing in toasted barrels and bottling at 80 proof. The combination of brown rice in the mash bill and a toasted barrel finish create an incredibly approachable whiskey, with flavors of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit.
