Bitter Truth Peach Bitters

I own several other varieties of The Bitter Truth bitters, and I have to say, they stand heads and shoulders above most other mass-market brands, including Angostura, Peyschaud's, and Fee Brothers. There aren't enough positive reviews of these Peach Bitter on the internet, so I'm hoping this augments the digital archive.

These bitters are, in a word, divine. They are, as the name implies, fruit forward, but they are both subtle and distinctive in a cocktail. So far, I've tried them in an Old Fashioned and a Mint Julep, and they elevated both beyond any other peach bitter I've experimented with. There are other interesting suggestions for cocktail recipes involving peach bitters on The Bitter Truth website, and I'd encourage anyone interested in trying new classic cocktails to visit their site and look around.

These bitters are unique and I bought them to put a twist on Manhattans. They are ok -- the flavor isn't as strong as I would have hoped.
