Bitter Truth Pimento Dram Allspice Liqueur

Sweet, spicy and very intense. Pimento is the Jamaican word for Allspice, and a liqueur, or dram, is an old tradition on the Island. Clove initially presents itself in the foreground, fading into the pure flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper which linger on the tongue - that's why they call it Allspice. This is a staple in many Tiki drinks and other classic cocktails with a big, warming, and slightly spicy kick.
