Created from barrels selected across eight different warehouses, "By The Pond" delivers classic Booker's character with rich vanilla, caramelized cinnamon, toasted oak, and signature beam nuttiness. Expect waves of caramel and burnt sugar on the nose, followed by a palate of vanilla extract, roasted peanuts, and charred wood, finishing with dark berries, mixed nuts, and spicy oak.
