Bulleit Rye Whiskey

Bulleit Rye Whiskey is a bold, spice-forward American rye made with a high-rye mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Aged for a minimum of four years in charred American oak, it delivers the pronounced pepper and spice rye drinkers expect while maintaining enough balance and smoothness for both cocktails and sipping.

The nose opens with cherry, vanilla, and honey alongside black pepper, cinnamon, and dried herbs. On the palate, caramel, dried fruit, and oak meet assertive rye spice, mint, white pepper, and baking spices, followed by a smooth, warming finish with lingering spice and subtle sweetness. Its high rye content gives Bulleit enough backbone to stand up beautifully in a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Old Fashioned, while remaining approachable enough to enjoy neat or over ice.
