Still produced in accordance with the original 1873 recipe, Byrrh is created by macerating South America Quinquina, coffee, bitter orange, colombo and cocoa in Muscat Mistelles, which is then matured in oak casks. It has a natural sweetness with a nice balance of fruit and spice which makes for a great aperitif.
