Distilled by Tobermory* on the Isle of Mull and aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon barrels, this Cadenhead's release was bottled without chill filtration or added color at 92 proof. The nose presents notes of sweet peat overlayed with coastal salinity and minerality. The palate has sweet cream and tropical fruit dusted in sea salt with light peat smoke and baking spice joining the sweet notes from the palate.
