Product details
Bittersweet Corsican aperitif based on mistelle of Muscat and Vermentinu grapes and flavored with various plants, fruits, and spices, including macerations of cinchona bark and local citron fruit. Sweetness comes from natural grape sugars - musts are blended with neutral spirit to prematurely halt fermentation. Enjoy chilled or with a splash of tonic.
- Great product at great price! Perfect ingredient for a Vesper Martini.
- Really light with honey notes but still quite aromatic. Perfect for gloomy days.
- Dialed up acidity, not as heavy and nice light floral notes as well.

Great product at great price! The perfect ingredient for a Vesper Martini. Cap Corse is the missing piece of the puzzle to replace Kina Lillet -- much better than Cocchi Americano, no competition from Lillet Blanc w/ lemon.
Thought Cocchi Americano made the best Vesper. Cap Corse is better, more bitter, and lighter viscosity than Cocchi. Try the two side-by-side. 3 parts gin, 1 part vodka, 1/2 part Cap Corse/ Cocchi Americano, lemon twist.
Greta summer beverage
It's a winner, dialed up acidity compared to others aperitifs, not as heavy and nice light floral notes as well.
Ugh, this aperitif is so dang good. Really light with honey notes but still, at the same time, quite aromatic. Perfect for gloomy days
Floral and Citrusy (elderflower, lemongrass, mayer lemon) with enough bitter backbone to hold it together. Great on ice, as a spritz, or as a slightly more complex/bitter replacement for Lillet or Cocci. Makes a particularly good Corpse Reviver 2 or white negroni.
Great on its own over ice and lemon wedge or included in a cocktail with Gin and Tonic.
