Made from mostly Trebbiano, the nose is round and very full, captivating with just a hint of bitterness and herbs. The texture on the palate is generous, providing a slight bitterness from notes of citrus peel. A wonderful mixer for cocktails.

This flavor fits between Campari and Aperol. Not sweet. Not bitter. Our preference for our spritz.
Somewhere between Campari and Aperol, though closer to the latter, Capp is really good in a spritz and equally excellent in more complicated cocktails. Super happy with this purchase and looking forward to experimenting with it event more.

Cappelletti fills that perfect spot for bitter orange drinks of not too sweet, reasonably bitter, no nasty aftertaste... Unlike Campari, Aperol, or Contratto, Cappelletti will not let you down.
I love this Apertif. My new favorite pre dinner drink is this with a little carbonated water over ice.
I add equal parts (1 shot each) cappelletti, tonic syrup in a glass full of ice, fill the glass with seltzer and stir. So refreshing.
I’ve been seeking an aperitivo that is not so sweet as Aperol, but not as awfully bitter as Campari. This was a surprising find and it does well in a spritz or a negroni.
