Cascahuin, the Maestros of the Lowlands, based in El Arenal, Jalisco, always deliver the goods, but this one is something special for sure. "55-25" designates their 70 years in operation from 1955 to 2025, and they celebrate it by making the best Tequila they can, just as they did in 1955: agave slow-cooked 72 hours in traditional stone ovens, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation. 90% of the blend spends a year in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, and they round that out with 10% of their legendary Añejo 48.
