Cascahuin Tahona Blanco Tequila

Tequila Cascahuin is produced in its namesake distillery in the valley of Jalisco in the town of El Arenal. This Tequila is extracted using the old traditional method of Tahona crushing the cooked agave to extract the juices, rather than the more modern method of roller mill extraction, which shreds the fibers. The result is a richer, more rounded and complex agave flavor, along with all of the minerality, earthiness, and citrus elements that Valley tequilas are known for. Bottled at 42% abv.
