Distilled in steel pots from agave roasted in stone ovens, Chamucos Blanco is bottled without any additives at 80 proof. The nose is earthy and agave forward with notes of citrus and black pepper. The palate follows suit with strong flavors of cooked agave, citrus, and black pepper with a bit of minerality and salinity on the finish.
