Clover Club Cocktail Kit

The Clover Club cocktail is one of the few classics from Philadelphia, tracing its roots back to the late 1800s and Philadelphia’s Bellevue-Stratford hotel. Bringing together Gin, Raspberry gum syrup, fresh lemon, and egg white, it's a pink delight. Barr Hill's version adds some complexity with a keen measure of dry vermouth as well.
