Cueva Nueva Vermut is a vibrant, Spanish vermut rojo that balances bright citrus and warming spices with a refreshing, bitter finish. Blending 88 traditional Mediterranean botanicals, it offers a fresh, modern take on classic Vermut de Reus. The base wine is Garnacha Blanca and Airén grapes from Tarragona, aged in French oak using the Solera system. To serve, try it classically over ice garnished with a green olive and an orange slice, or incorporate it into cocktails like a Negroni or Manhattan.

I’ve really been enjoying this vermouth during the warm summer. Certainly versatile but just fantastic over ice with a splash of soda, an olive and an orange peel. Killer bottle as well.
Was excited to try this and it did not disappoint! Amazing spanish vermouth. Very sessionable.
