Dolin Chamberyzette Strawberry Aperitif

An exquisite aperitif made with strawberries from the Alps is how Chambéryzette was described at the time. It's a blend of strawberries of the Rhone-Alps region with a unique Vermouth de Chambery designed for this aperitif. Created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902, Chamberyzette had its heyday on the terraces of Lyon and Parisian cafés, and, in the earliest of France’s ski resorts. The success of this « Chambéry-fraise » furthered the reputation of the Maison Dolin abroad. Still to this day, this mildly sweet aperitif is revered for its conveyance of the aromatics of wild strawberries of the Alps.
