A true classic that we are never without, this is the first choice for many a first class Martini. Distinguished by its fresh and elegant nose and subtle and complex palate, it is the profile that made the 1:1 gin/dry vermouth Martini famous, and so often imitated by others. In the 1930s Chambéry earned France’s only protected designation of origin for Vermouth.
- The only dry vermouth you'll ever need - lifts up a gin martini an amazing amount.
- Essential for a properly made martini.
- Best vermouth ever in my vodka martinis.

This is the only dry vermouth I use. Just a little bit lifts up a gin martini an amazing amount. It’s also great for cocktails like an Old Pal, a Poet’s Dream or a Chrysanthemum. Amazing stuff. Every good bar I’ve ever worked at/regularly patronized uses it. I get the 375ml size and replace it every 2-3 months for optimum freshness.
Gin tonic
3parts-Beefeaters Gin
1 part- Dolin Dry Vermouth.
Splash-Orange Bitters
Dolin is my preference for martini. Mix all in chilled container with ice. Strain Into chilled martini glass add olive.
My wife prefers hers with vodka up, I prefer mine with gin and a little dirty, but we both find the Dolin Dry Vermouth essential for a properly made martini. Pour a capful into a martini shaker with 2-3 shots of your preferred spirit, fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds or so. Pour into a chilled glass with olives and enjoy yourself!
Best vermouth ever in my vodka martinis.
Best for Dirty martini's. I'm going to try to get one of my local grocery stores to stock it
