Empress 1908 Gin delights the senses with its balanced citrus-and-spice palette, brilliant indigo color, light floral fragrance and soft texture. Made in copper-pot stills using 8 botanicals, Empress 1908 is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and British Columbia’s legendary Empress Hotel. Though it's a tasty treat for a Gin and Tonic just based on its profile, what really has made it famous is the addition of Butterfly Pea Flower extract, which reacts with any addition of acid, meaning it turns brightest pink upon the addition of tonic. Bottled at 42.5% abv.
