The spirit has aromas of sweet roasted agave, wet river rocks, a subtle charcoal hit balanced by salinity and echoed with resounding notes of fruity plums and grapes. An intoxicating and heady note of honeysuckle weaves through the olfactory experience leading to lively flavors of juicy fruits and grilled peaches, offset by more tart pops of passionfruit and green apple. Medium bodied the finish shows a hint of smoke flowing into dry and slightly earthier notes of mint and tart fruits. It is bottled at 43% abv.
