Fair Quinoa Vodka

Fair's great taste comes from specially selected quinoa and a proprietary production process that is the result of a two-year joint research project between French distillers and Andean farmers. The quinoa is sourced from the Altiplano plateau in the Andean mountains, over 3000 m above sea level where the quinoa grows in fertile volcanic soil. Quinoa is naturally gluten free, and Fair Vodka is distilled from fair trade certified quinoa, and has no sugar added.

The vodka has a fantastically soft aroma, with just a hint of vanilla sweetness. On the palate it is smooth as silk, with hints of brown butter and warm cashews, an incredible mouth-feel, clean and subtly warming on the throat.
