Fee Brothers Toasted Almond Bitters are perfect for tropical tiki-styled drinks, or to add a boost of flavor to Amaretto and coffee flavored cocktails. These bitters have a lovely almond nose and a definite bitter edge to them that is in no way sweet. One or two dashes may not be enough to break through a typical tiki cocktail, experiment with 5-6 dashes, even up to a 1/4 tsp.
