Product details
Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is a truly modern Australian style of gin, crafted using a combination of Mediterranean citrus, Asian spice and local Australian botanicals. Whole gin-steamed oranges and native lemon myrtle bring warm, delicious Mediterranean citrus to the fore.
Cardamom, coriander, star anise and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf add a bold hit of Asian spice. Balanced, delicious and versatile, Rare Dry Gin is at home in a perfect G & T garnished with fresh orange or a Martini with an orange twist. But its real bread and butter with that pronounced orange and spice note is in one of the most perfect Negronis you'll ever have.
- This may be the most balanced gin I've ever tried.
- Very smooth, lovely botanicals. An elegant gin.
- Just enjoy it's perfect flavor

This was a very balanced gin - worked great to sip, in a GT, Negroni or Martini.
It also looked great on the bar
Nothing noteworthy. Decent but happy to move on
Very smooth, lovely botanicals. An elegant gin. Will be buying again!
This may be the most balanced gin I've ever tried. I love it in a negroni or a proper martini, but I sip this as well.
I love this gin. This is a gin for when you want to sip gin instead of a cocktail. It has the lowest proof on my shelf (41.8%) which means they can't hide the taste behind alcohol. I don't even recommend this over ice, just enjoy it's perfect flavor
A good tasting gin. Use very little tonic, a twist of lime with a block of ice.
...this is my favorite gin. I have quite a collection at home and rarely buy the same gin more than once but this is the bottle I reach for over and over again and have purchased several times. They use whole oranges in the vapor basket while distilling and I love the combo of citrus and spice this gin has.
Had a bbq and everybody raved about how much they loved this gin. It has a little citrus that I liked a lot, and it makes a killer Gin and Tonic.
