Frey Ranch Farm Strength Uncut Bourbon

A true grain to glass craft distillery, Frey Ranch grows, malts, mashes, ferments, distills, ages, and bottles their whiskey on site at Frey Ranch in Fallon, Nevada.  Farm Strength bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of 66.6% non-GMO corn, 12% two-row, house-malted barley, 11.4% winter rye, and 10% soft white winter wheat, and bottled without chill filtration at barrel strength (120.62 proof for our current batch, #11).  The nose opens with rich caramel, raisin, and pear with strong undertones of earthy oak and peppery spice.  The palate brings flavors of creme brulee, caramel, raisin, cinnamon, and rich oak with a well balanced spicy and sweet finish.
