Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon

Nestled in the heart of the Lake Tahoe Watershed is Frey Ranch and Distillery, one of only a handful of grain to glass distilleries. The mash bill is born from the non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley that grow in their fields just beyond the ranch house porch. The whiskey is distilled in a custom Vendome still before aging in new American white oak barrels. One of the most impressive debut bourbon releases ever, the nose features wonderfully luscious honeyed fruit, maple, oak spice, and toasted grains. The complex, viscous, syrupy bourbon kicks off with toffee, dark chocolate-covered nuts, some dark fruit, and sweet tobacco. On the finish, honey, slight oak spice, and espresso notes. Bottled at 45% abv.
