With this special bottling, Gin Mare has chosen to pay tribute to one of the most beloved and potent symbols of the Mediterranean: the island of Capri. The lemon of Capri and the Bergamot of Sorrento are added to the original recipe of Gin Mare for a brighter, citrus-laden take on their classic Mediterranean gin. Its nose opens on citrus fruits, thyme and candied fruits. In the mouth, the attack is supple with citrus fruits mixed with the soft acidity of bergamot. The lemon and orange evolve on the aromas like thyme, basil and rosemary. The finish is rounded by the olive flavors that give it its unique length in the mouth. Bottled at 42.7% abv.
