This small batch gin is named for the mythical Harahorn, the Scandinavian equivalent of the Jackelope: A large rabbit with grand horns atop its furry little head. It features nearly two dozen botanicals, but most prominently featured aside from Juniper are signature Norwegian touches: locally sourced blueberries, rhubarb, and seaweed. The result is big and complex, unfolding on the palate with big juniper and hints of anise, coriander and other spice. It segues into a rich, citrusy heart of lemon zest with blueberry, nectarine, tart rhubarb, and blackberry jam. Holy fruit! The finish lingers on the juniper, with menthol playing a supporting role. Bottled at 46% abv.
