Hayman's Old Tom Gin

History in a bottle! Hayman's Old Tom revisits a 19th century style of gin that was lost to us for many years. With its stronger flavors (thanks to a generous helping of botanicals) and underlying sweetness, this is how gin used to be enjoyed on the streets of Victorian England.

Its intentional sweetness is balanced with the right amount of alcohol bite. The nose may be lightly piney, but bold citrus and juniper pine character are rich and rounded on the palate with a beautifully delicate finish. 

Because Old Tom styles are sweeter, hold off on adding sugar if you're mixing with this beyond a Tom Collins.
