High West Barrel Finished Manhattan Cocktail

Crafted using carefully measured, high-quality ingredients this Barrel Finished Manhattan follows the classic 2:1 ration recipe with a dash of aromatic bitters per serving. They then let the Manhattan age in used rye barrels to fully marry the flavors. The Barrel Finished Manhattan features sweet vermouth, a dash of aromatic bitters, bourbon and rye whiskeys. What isn't a classic, but adds depth and complexity, is barrel aging.

Aromas of black cherry fruit leather and orange peel. Spiced apples and savory spice on the palate with an orange pastry and dried fig finish.
