Huana is created from careful fermentation of Guanabana fruit, also known as Soursop, which is pollinated by the stingless bees of the Maya. The fruit has a flavor reminiscent of strawberry and pineapple with a tart citrus taste offset by creamy coconut notes. 30% alc/vol

I love Guanabana/soursop and want to like this...it mostly tastes like simple syrup...
You definitely can taste the guanabana, which is a lovely fruit if you have had it. Can drink alone but have to be careful with mixed drinks to not overpower the flavor of this liqueur.
I first tried HuAna in Mexico and didn't touch the bottle I had put up thinking that I would have to wait to get it again. Summer crept on and I decided to try it over ice, the drink was super refreshing and unlike many other liqueurs, it taste like it's actually made from the fruit it is flavored by.
