James American Mustard Gin

From British TV host James May's gin endeavor, this gin has at its heart the essence of Americana - Yellow mustard, dill pickles, coriander, liquorice root, dried tomato, rosemary, caraway, and bay leaf. In making this, they discovered that mustard seed, when distilled, can produce impressively poisonous compounds. So instead of poisoning us, they developed a process of distilling the gin in the traditional manner, then adding the mustard seed and dill pickle afterwards. Perfect for your next hamburger martini!
