Kokoleka is Hawaiian for chocolate. This premium distillate, made entirely from Hawaiian ingredients, is fermented, bottled and distilled in small batches in Kunia, Hawai‘i. Kohana blends together raw honey, pure cacao, and their native Hawaiian cane-based agricole style rum to create this rare taste of Hawai‘i. The juicy, grassy, tropical fruit laden sweetness of the raw distillate is countered beautifully by the rich earthiness of cacao, and the unmistakable honeyed finish balances things out perfectly. Bottled at 30% abv.
