Larceny Small Batch Bourbon

Heaven Hill Distillery's flagship "wheated" bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley and bottled at 92 proof.  The nose is sweet with notes of bread dough, buttercream, and caramel.  On the palate, a bit of cinnamon spice opens the sip before soft fruit, honey, and caramel sweetness arrive.  The finish has a pop of cinnamon spice with more honey sweetness and a bit of maple.  Overall a pleasant, easy sipper that can be enjoyed neat.
