A spirited blend of Virtue Farm’s heirloom apple wine with Letherbee’s aromatic fortification of neutral grain spirit and artichoke. Straightforward yet elegant, artichoke echoes apple peel tannins and orchard soil. The herbaceous spirit lays naturally along rich apple and notes of tropical fruit, lifting complexity without overpowering the palate. This aperitif wine is great with food! Enjoy chilled and straight, over ice, in a spritz, or in a cocktail. It has an extended shelf life, especially if refrigerated after opening.
