Manuel Rojo Sweet Vermouth

Artisanal Vermouth created in collaboration with the oldest Basque distillery located in Amurrio village, Spain. Intense aromas of wormwood and clove, followed by balsamic notes, sweet spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and a subtle background of orange peel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, this vermouth has a smooth entry, with a balanced sweetness that gives way to a well-defined and persistent bitterness.
