Based on an early 20th Century recipe for a Campari style Aperitivo, tweaked and concentrated down to bitters form, these have sweet and bitter citrus up front, and a long bitter finish. Cochineal gives them a deep, beautiful crimson color. This adds an herbal and bitter edge to your cocktails.
