In the style of a 19th Century Aromatic Bitters (Abbott's perhaps...), these combine exotic root spices such as Zedoary, Angelica Root, and Galangal, along with aromatics such as Vanilla, Clove, Cinnamon, and Cardamom. A natural with aged spirits, they also pair well with Gin and Genever. A little goes a long way as these are concentrated in spicy deliciousness!

I love these bitters so much that I created an original recipe using them. It has gotten rave reviews, and we'll be serving it as one of the signature cocktails at our wedding. I have stockpiled these bitters so we have plenty for the wedding and for life after!
One of the nice folks at Bitters and bottles helped me pick out this bottle of bitters. Say that 5 times fast after a few of the delicious Old Fashioned' s this puppy makes. I was looking for a slightly new take on the classic Anastoria flavor and the punch of cloves from this bottle was a nice touch.
