Annie F. Crisp and defined. This is a great bitter to add to any cocktail with a fruit forward flavors. Well balanced and not too spicy. The pineapple shines through to elevate your tropical cocktails and even a G&T.

Mike D. Out of the dozens of varieties of bitters I've sampled and purchased, I think this would probably be my go-to favorite. Great with some sipping rum or on it's own in sparkling water.
