I first tried Amaro Nardini as an after dinner digestiv at our favorite local restaurant. I was hooked! I love the complex blend of flavors; it's the perfect after dinner drink. Then I decided I would like to enjoy it at home sometimes, too, but I couldn't find it anywhere, locally or online. My son suggested Bitters and Bottles (we're from the Bay Area but now live in the PNW). Was delighted to discover that yes, they carry it, plus they ship super fast.
Great with byitself. Nice nightcap with mezcal 1:1. Or in a negroni. Or a rum-nardini shaken with amarena cherry garnish
