Nat Cool Tinto Bairrada Red Wine

This light red from Niepoort's Nat Cool line is made in Portugal from sustainably farmed organic Baga grapes. It was fermented for five weeks in stainless steel tanks with carbonic maceration. The wine was the bottled unfiltered at 12% abv. With notes of red fruit, rosewater, hibiscus, and earthy herbs, this wine is incredibly drinkable. Serve chilled! 1 Liter bottle.
