Noah's Mill Bourbon

Distilled by Willett in Bardstown, KY, Noah's Mill is bottled at 114.3 proof.  On the nose, a nutty scent underlies notes of dried fruit and chamomile tea.  The palate offers sweet brown sugar, dry tobacco, dried fruit, roasted nuts, and graham cracker.  The finish has a flash of baking spice before lingering on notes of caramel and oak.
