Paper Plane Cocktail Kit

Created by bartender Sam Ross, this simple, equal-parts drink is made with the Italian aperitivo Aperol and amaro Nonino Quintessentia. (The original recipe contained Campari, but that was quickly supplanted with Aperol, which has remained ever since.) The drink was named after a song by M.I.A. that Ross was listening to while he tried to come up with the recipe.

A rich, immediately likable whiskey sour with plenty of culinary complexity.

Kit includes: Green River Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750 ml), Aperol Aperitivo (750 ml), Amaro Nonino (750 ml)
