Crisp, zesty citrus dominates the foreground, unfolding mid-palate to pure succulent blue agave. A surprisingly long finish that’s decidedly clean. One of my favorite blancos. Viscous and delicious. Sadly it is becoming tougher to find Pasote!
I would go along with that description in the blurb above. This is a delicious Blanco Tequila. It's very fruity, fresh, and lush, but also kind of slight and delicate. I decided after making margaritas with it that it was better consumed neat, slightly chilled. It disappears a little in a margarita. I preferred it by itself so I could fully taste it.
One of the best blancos I've ever had. It's made using the most traditional methods: cooked in a masonry oven, crushed with a tahona, distilled in a copper pot. Made with 40% rain water and 60% spring water. Verified additive free, this agave in it's purest form.
I get fresh rain and wet stone on the nose. I nice earthy, minerality on the palate, with natural sweetness from the agave. A must try for tequila fans!
