Peerless Small Batch Barrel Proof Bourbon

Got this bottle as a holiday gift and am glad I did. I usually go for a less rye-forward bourbon, but this has a bit of a softer overall taste that’s nicely balanced. Will definitely buy again!

Great stuff, incredibly hard to find and this was the only place I could find that had it!

Really been waiting to taste peerless and it’s awesome

A very young and hot tasting bourbon, huge punch of flavor right off the bat but fades away nearly as quick as it rushed onto your palate. For the money there are many other bourbons that are far more complex and refined, but when you consider you are buying a resurrected legacy brand that offers a story to tell while sharing with friends it feels validated. If you’ve got a lot of other bottles and want something unique to share this is a fun one.

I've been looking for Peerless at a reasonable price for about a year now, and was worried that it was popular just due to is "newness" and "rareness"... but it is not. Very smooth, but with enough flavor and spice that makes this a perfect bourbon to sip neat.

peerless bourbon has the sweet notes after the umph it packs in the beginning. It reminds me somewhere between makers rc6 and eht bourbon. so if you like either of those two i think this bourbon is a good one to add to a collection.
