A key ingredient in the Sazerac cocktail, this gentian-based bitter is lighter bodied than other traditional aromatics, with a sweeter and more floral taste alongside a healthy dollop of liquorice and hints of cherry, clove, and nutmeg. Adds beautiful color and aromatics on egg white cocktails.

Their store people were incredibly thoughtful and courteous, and there was a really unique and vast variety of whiskeys, gins, rums, bitters, and aperitifs to choose from. I haven’t been to a store quite like Bitters and Bottles and I’d love to go again.
Can’t do without it when making a proper Sazerac
I wasn't able to find Peychaud's in my area, and was pleased to find not only that on B B Bar Supplies, but other hard-to-find products (bitters, syrups) that give me a lot of cocktail options - and at great prices! (Also try the Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters - they add the perfect zing to a Manhattan!)
