Created in collaboration with several of the rum world's brightest luminaries, Plantation OFTD is intended to be the ultimate heavy, dark, brooding overproof rum. It certainly packs a full flavored punch, blending the dark, woody smokiness of Demerara rum from Guyana with funky Jamaican rum and lush, rich Barbados rum.
Bottled at a hefty 69% abv, expect explosive flavors of caramel cream, chocolate, vanilla, oak, raisin, cinnamon, molasses, and nutmeg.
*Still working through Plantation branded stock, the bottle you receive may either be labeled "Plantation" or "Planteray". Product is the same.

Great blend of rum. Can smell the Jamaica and Guyana (I'm a rum beginner)
This rum has the kind of flavour that plays well in a variety of settings, different aspects are brought out in different drinks. I used it many tiki recipes, and it is an excellent riff on classic recipes. And as others have said, it might be too easy to drink, given it's proof. Highly recommended!
Very nice for sipping. Although the higher alcohol content, it doesn't taste strong. Haven't tried using this rum with a mixer yet because I am enjoying it straight up on the rocks.
Plantation does a fine job with all their rums. The overproof is no exception. Kick your drinks up a notch with this.
This is the highest proof spirit i've tasted that still has an excellent flavor.
Whoa this goes down easy. Don’t let the smooth taste fool you cause this is about 137 proof! More flavors with this rum and would recommend.!
