Preservation Bloody Mary Mix

This mix was originally created in Sacramento, CA at the "Pour House" bar. Created to provide staff with a Bloody Mary that they would be able to serve straight out of the jar.

Ingredients: Tomato Puree, Worcestershire (Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Sea Salt, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind), Pickling Brine (Water, White Vinegar, Spices), Sriracha (Chili, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar), Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, #1 Grade Mustard Seed, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Spices), Horseradish, Capers, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices.
