The Camarena family legacy in Tequila continues with the release of Primo 1861 from the famous El Pandillo distillery. Each tequila created by Felipe at El Pandillo uses a different combination of its three water sources: spring, rain and deep well and Tequila Primo 1861 is the only one produced with 100% spring water. The agaves are cooked in traditional stone ovens, crushed with the mechanical tahona known as Felipestein, and naturally fermented in both wooden and stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 43% ABV and full of beautiful flavors of agave and citrus!
